Eduardo’s Pasta has been a beloved San Francisco staple since 1977, serving up the rich, authentic flavors of Italian tradition to pasta lovers across Northern California.
For nearly 50 years, each batch has been handmade in small quantities right here in the City, preserving the craft and care that define the brand.
Our Signature Product
Eduardo’s Pasta is grounded in a commitment to quality and tradition. We use bronze-cut molds for a rougher texture that holds sauce, slow-dry our pasta to preserve flavor and structure, and produce small batches to ensure consistency. Our signature long nests make portioning easy and cook beautifully in small pots for that perfect, starchy pasta water.
Who We Are
In 2025, Nando and Anne Zucchi began a new chapter at Eduardo’s, modernizing the pasta you love – while staying true to the legacy that’s defined us since 1977. Joined by their two daughters, the Zucchis are proud to continue Eduardo’s as a true family business – one founded in tradition, elevated by craft, and committed to bringing the excellence of our kitchen to yours.
